"Over a year ago I joined fitness worx and looked at the personal training packages as I needed that extra movitation in a gym. Taylor became my personal trainer...Taylor has kept me motivated since day one. Even though at times I felt like I was going to collapse at the last round she pushed me until I reached the last rep. Taylor is also very understanding towards work schedules as myself a preschool teacher working full time and some days being challenging then others with work commitments she has been able to to accommodate me for evening sessions twice a week. We focus on one session working on cardio and the other on strength.
