This is a 4 week kick start program to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Designed for all fitness levels.

What this challenge entails:

  - 1:1 personal training
  - Free live zoom classes with me
  - Customised meal plan
  - Specific gym training programs that will be emailed to you weekly
  - Training plans can be gym based or home based plans
  - Weekly weigh in

All this is included with:
2 x half hour 1:1 personal training sessions a week
OR
1 x One hour 1:1 personal training session a week
