This is one of my female clients.

In just 6 weeks she's managed to drop body fat as well as drop weight on the scales. I gave her nutrition advice and made her programmes tailored to suit her and her goals.

Michelle just wanted to loose a little weight for an upcoming holiday but now that she has seen these results she's motivated to make the gym and training sessions a regular regime in her life.

This is one of my male clients.

When he first came to me he weighed 77.1kg and when we finished his training package he weighed 64kg. He has also dropped body fat starting at 64mm and ending at 51mm.

I personal trained my client twice a week, both half hour sessions. I mixed our sessions with some weight training and some conditioning work. He also trained 1-2 days himself with personalised gym programs I had made for him.

I also made out a customised nutrition plan. Nutrition is a huge part in getting results.

The big thing we changed with his diet was he wasn’t eating enough. I got him to eat more regular, little but often.

As you can see from the before and after pics his posture has also improved.




My own transformation.

My own transformation took me 7 months to achieve. I felt deflated, unmotivated so I decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and enter a physique competition.

My starting weight was 55.6kg and my body fat was 141mm. My end weight was 52.5kg and my body fat was 85mm.

I achieved this with having the right training and nutrition plan. They really do go hand in hand.
