I have worked with gaa teams in the lead up to their championship games.
I was the s+c coach for carrigaline football senior team in 2019. We worked on their strength in the gym, their fitness levels on the pitch and I provided each player with a specific mobility program to prevent injury.


I provided the lough rovers hurling team with fitness classes in their off season to keep their fitness levels up before the season was to start again. This ensured that their fitness levels never decreased and stood to them when it was time to return to the pitch again.


I also provided St. Michael’s ladies gaa team with online full body bodyweight classes during lockdown to ensure that their fitness levels wouldn’t drop for when they returned to outdoor group training. We also incorporated mobility in each of these classes to prevent injury.
